	Food Processing Software Plascon Food Solutions works closely with D C Norris & Company to design software systems for your specific application. All software systems are developed in–house by DCN using the latest technologies and up–to–date software DCN conducts full systems analysis with close consultation with the client to ensure that the client gets the exact control and support that is required. Most DCN systems utilize Mitsubishi control systems incorporating Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) technology for the backbone of the control system and Human Machine Interface (HMI) for an intuitive, userfriendly operator control panel, all subject to requirements. We can also supply systems designed around other manufacturers components in order to maintain your own systems integration requirements. Electrical systems are designed using Autodesk AutoCad so you can be sure of concise, easy to follow schematics and systems designed conforming to European legislative requirements. Our software expertise doesn’t end at system control. DCN has also produced their own Data-logging and Recipe Management software.

		Datastream Software System DCN’s DataStream has been designed to allow customers to log information relating to temperature changes in any cooking or cooling process, enabling them to keep a record of their quality assurance requirements. These records can be stored indefinitely.
